Okay, everybody, get out your tissues! You may have already seen this (video is at the end of this post), but it is worth watching again! I sobbed through the whole thing (but in a good way).
"' ...do not go where the path may lead. Go instead where there is
no path and leave a trail...'
A son asked his father, 'Dad, will you take part in a marathon with me?' The father who, despite having a heart condition, said 'Yes'. They went on to complete the marathon together. Father and son went on to join other marathons, the father always saying 'Yes' to his son's request of going through the race together. One day, the son asked his father, 'Dad, let's join the Iron man
together.' To which, his father said 'Yes'. For those who don't know, Iron man is the toughest triathlon ever. The race encompasses three endurance events of a 2.4 mile (3.86 kilometer) ocean swim, followed by a 112 mile (180 .2 kilometer) bike ride, and ending with a 26.2 mile (42.195 kilometer) marathon along the coast of the Big Island.
Father and son went on to complete the race together."
Here's the video!

That's incredible! I tried really hard not to cry!
What a terrific video. It really shows the love that father had for his son, and what is really incredible is the our Heavenly Father loves us even more.
Wow, that is beautiful. I think it's moving because you see the physical strain that the father goes through, just as Jesus literally and physically bore our weight. And it's so that we can cross that finish line! When we do, it will not be because of our merits, but His, and because of His love for us!
Thanks for the cry. What an touching video. Thanks for making my day.
